POOL RULES
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- An adult must accompany children under 12. (Adult must be at least 18 years old) Unaccompanied children will be sent home.
- Children 12-18 years old must have a parental consent form returned to be admitted to pool without an adult. A badge will be issued for admittance. There will be a $3 fee to replace a lost badge.
- All residents and their guests must sign in at the front gate.
- Not responsible for accidents or lost articles.
- No food, tobacco products or drinks allowed in the pool.
- No glass containers in pool area.
- No throwing objects around pool. No running, rough or rowdy play.
- Small battery stereos only; PLEASE KEEP VOLUME DOWN!
- No pets.
- No tennis or hard balls allowed in or around pool.
- Only personal sized floats allowed. No large rafts or floats.
- Place all trash in containers.
- No bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, or rollerblades.
- Do not remove pool furniture from pool area.
- People with infectious conditions are excluded from swimming.
- Appropriate pool attire required. “Thong” type swimsuits are not allowed.
- GUESTS restricted to one guest per family member; occasional exception for out of town guests visiting in a Member’s home. CHILDREN UNDER 18 YRS. OLD ARE ALLOWED ONLY ONE GUEST.
POOL PARTIES
- Each party is limited to a group of 30 residents and/or outside guests. There will be a $25 per person charge for each person attending the party over the 30 person limit.
- Parties will not be permitted on Friday and Saturday nights during the month of May between the hours of 5:00 – 10:00 pm.
- There is a $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE clean-up fee for all parties.
- BBQ grills are prohibited in the pool area.
- Each party is limited to 3 hours.
- Only (1) party will be booked per day.
- The pool will remain open and available to all Grassland residents during a reserved pool party.
- A sign will be posted in the pool area approximately 1 – 2 days prior to a party to give notice to other members.
- Parties must be scheduled through the Clubhouse by calling 699-1604.
POOL VIOLATIONS
The Board of Directors, Facilities Manager, Pool Attendants and Security Personnel enforce Pool Regulations. Violations of any rule will be dealt with as follows during the swimming season:
- FIRST VIOLATION: Warning will be given.
- SECOND VIOLATION: Entire family suspended for 1 week.
- THIRD VIOLATION: Entire family suspended for remainder of the summer season.
In addition, anyone caught in the pool before or after pool hours will have their pool privileges suspended for the entire season immediately. Legal action will also be pursued.
